Overview
The longest and most beautiful canyoning journey in Vietnam, the first in the Northern region, operated by experts from Vietnam Expeditions : conquer the majestic waterfall over 3km long, challenge yourself in the unique experience of ziplining, cliff diving. Conquer the underground waterfall through the mountain ~1km of magical caves and super attractive trekking routes.
Located in Ban Ba village, Trung Ha commune, Chiem Hoa district, Tuyen Quang province, about 70km from Tuyen Quang city, Ban Ba waterfall is one of the longest and most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam with a length of about 3km divided into three levels including Tat Cum, Tat Cao, Tat Gio, simultaneously pouring water vertically from a height of tens of meters. Possessing a unique terrain, charming scenery with hundreds of small waterfalls, dozens of “infinity pools”, clear blue water with diverse flora and fauna… Ban Ba waterfall is one of the waterfalls you must visit in the Northeast region.
Khuon Nhoa Cave is a cave with a waterfall running through the mountain like a water dragon hiding in the deep forest, pouring white foam into the waterfall of the same name ~70m high.
Itinerary
17:00: Tour guide picks up the group in Hanoi, departs for The Ban Ba Lodge. (dinner on the way)
22:00: Arrive at The Ban Ba Lodge, check in, leave luggage, rest to prepare for tomorrow.
06:00: Breakfast
07:00: Prepare luggage to move to Khuon Nhoa village.
08:00: Tour guide introduces the schedule and starts trekking to Khuon Nhoa waterfall and cave.
09:00: Check in at Khuon Nhoa waterfall.
11:30: Approach the cave entrance.
12:00: Lunch, check in at the cave entrance.
13:00: Swim through the cave, explore the underground stream flowing through the mountain.
14:00: Check in at the cave exit and trek back to the village through bamboo and nghien forests.
15:30: Car picks up group to return to Ban Ba Jungle Lodge.
16:30: Check in to tent (Glamping) or room, take a shower, rest, have afternoon tea, and watch the sunset at Than Ba waterfall.
18:00: The group enjoys BBQ dinner with local dishes.
20:00: Around the fire, we have 8 stories and cultural exchanges. After that
21:00: free time everyone consider sleeping early.
06:00: Breakfast, coffee.
7:00 – 8:00: Everyone receives exploration equipment and listens to instructions on safety rules and how to use the equipment.
8:00 – 10:30: Start trekking along the water stream, through the wild forests.
10:30-12:00: Come to the first challenge – canyoning journey from the top of the 3rd floor (“Wind Splash”/ “Spirit Abyss”) down.
12:00 – 13:30: Lunch at the foot of waterfall 3, rest to recharge for the afternoon journey.
15:00: Check in “Vuc Quyen” and relax with the experience of foot massage by stream fish. 16:00: Move to The Ban Ba Jungle Lodge to shower and rest.
17:00: Get on the bus back to Hanoi. Have dinner on the way back.
22:00: Arrive in Hanoi (expected) – End of trip
