Our Policy
Convention:
_Time for payment, refund, cancellation, and change of tour services is calculated for working days referred to as “Day”. Requests after the scheduled time will be considered as tour cancellation the next day.
_Days (working days) are counted from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Compensatory days off with Tet holidays are also considered Tet holidays.
1. Payment
